Alexander Schinagl

Alexander Schinagl is a scientist, biotechnology co-founder, and team leader with over 15 years of experience in biotherapeutics research and development across large pharmaceutical companies and early-stage biotech ventures. Early in his career, he led discovery programs at Baxter International, Baxalta, and Shire Pharmaceuticals, focusing on antibodies and antibody–drug conjugates for oncology, inflammation, and hematologic diseases. At OncoOne, he co-leads company strategy and directs internal antibody design and characterization from discovery through preclinical testing, emphasizing solid tumors and inflammatory diseases. He also contributes to patent strategy and shaping the company’s scientific identity while fostering collaborative, solution-oriented teams.
